I love walgreens, CVS, Staples, and Target for back to school shopping. Staples has a 99-cent sale going on right now at staples.com. The shipping is a little expensive but it is worth it if you're buying a lot of stuff. The 150-page college-ruled paper is one of the 99-cent things.. Limit of 4 though.
